Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, Solero offers two exchange options. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Option A

Exchange from Home

Our courier partners can collect the item from your doorstep and deliver the replacement.

  • Exchange service fee: Rs. 290/
  • Processing via WhatsApp


To proceed, please WhatsApp the following details to +923198003336

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. New Required Product (size/color)
  4. Product to be Exchanged
  5. Reason for Exchange

(Important)

Please attach a clear mobile video of the product showing:

  • Original condition
  • Tags attached and uncut

If you wish to exchange the item again after the first exchange, a fee of Rs. 500/- will apply.

Option B

Exchange by Courier

You may also exchange your item free of cost by sending or dropping it via a traceable courier service (e.g. TCS or Leopards).

Please send the product with:

  • Original receipt
  • Original tags (attached & uncut)
  • Original packing

  3. New Required Product (size/color)

Once received and inspected, our team will dispatch the replacement item.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the desired item and size are available on the Solero website before sending your exchange.

  • Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price at the time of exchange.

  • Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return or further exchange.

Return for a Refund

We want you to love your Solero purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we offer a 7-day return policy.

To request a return, please send the product via a traceable courier service (TCS / Leopards) with:

  • Original receipt
  • Original tags (attached & uncut)
  • Original packing

Refund Notes

  • Delivery charges (Rs. 260/-) are non-refundable.

  • Sale / Clearance items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund.
