Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be processed under our Exchange & Return Policy instead.
How to Cancel an Order

- Reason for Cancellation
Our support team will confirm the cancellation status after verification.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch will not be charged.
Important Notes
Orders placed during sales, promotions, or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation.
Solero reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
